This role involves providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising nursing assistants and staff nurses to ensure high-quality care in compliance with state and federal standards.
Supervise floor nurses, resolve staff conflicts, and manage staffing needs based on census.
Review and implement doctor’s orders, oversee resident assessments, and coordinate care with families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
Address family concerns, communicate important resident updates to management, and handle emergencies.
Assist with admissions, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with policies.
Must hold an active Florida RN license, have at least one year of supervisory experience, and be CPR certified.
