Oversee and coordinate patient care during resident med pass hours to ensure quality service.
Supervise nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Conduct rounds to monitor residents’ health and address immediate concerns.
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and families for comprehensive care planning.
Manage administrative tasks such as staffing, scheduling, and documentation.
Mentor and guide nursing staff to promote continuous improvement and professional growth.
Respond to emergencies and provide acute care as needed.
This is a part-time position, offering $25.59 – $30.82 hourly, with approximately 16 hours per week, including day, evening, and night shifts.
