We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager (LPN or RN) to lead our Dementia Unit. This key leadership role involves ensuring high-quality, respectful resident care, supervising nursing staff, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Oversee daily operations of the Dementia Unit, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and care standards.
Support and mentor nursing staff, monitor resident conditions, respond to emergencies, and adjust care plans as needed.
Maintain communication with families, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Flexibility is required, including coverage of various shifts and participation in weekend on-call rotations.
Qualifications include a valid Indiana LPN or RN license, experience in dementia or skilled nursing care, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
