Job Opportunity: RN – Home Health in Woodruff, Wisconsin, for a 13-week temporary contract at a healthcare facility.
Coordinates comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients in a home health setting.
Participates in patient and family education to promote health and safety.
Provides leadership by collaborating with nursing and healthcare team members.
Maintains professional nursing standards in a clinical environment.
Requires 2+ years of RN – Home Health experience; travel healthcare experience preferred.
Strong clinical skills and patient care abilities are essential.
Must hold a valid Wisconsin RN license and current BLS certification; other certifications may be necessary based on specialty.
Reliable transportation required for travel assignments.
Work schedule: 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, starting July 28, 2025.
