The position supports the Therapy Services team by optimizing clinical quality and service delivery through workflow management, training resource development, clinical competency oversight, and staff training.
Requires travel to internal therapy centers and network partners for in-person training and ongoing support.
Provides direct therapy services to meet a 25% monthly productivity goal.
Maintains and updates therapy workflows, training materials, and clinical skills checklists.
Coordinates with mentorship and intern programs to support staff development.
Reviews clinical competencies monthly, performs IOAs, and reports on staff progress.
Delivers virtual and in-person training sessions regularly.
Engages in team meetings and collaborates with various internal teams to ensure alignment.
Must be a licensed SLP or OT with a Master’s degree, valid California license, current certification, and at least 3 years’ experience working with children with ASD.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information are essential.
Requires reliable transportation, physical ability to perform assessments, and compliance with health and background requirements.
