Seeking a Master’s level Therapist (LPCA, LMFT, ALCSW, LPC, etc.) to assess, monitor, and treat clients with substance dependencies.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans with clients and families, documenting progress, and facilitating group and individual therapy.
Coordinate discharge planning, engage in crisis management, and develop therapeutic activities and community outreach efforts.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, review client charts, and ensure understanding of policies with clients.
Work closely with program staff to support client recovery, provide education, and respond to emergencies.
Attend staff meetings, participate in training, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include relevant licensure, experience in addiction education, and CPR/First Aid certification.
Full-time, in-person role with a salary range of $69,000-$94,000, offering benefits such as flexible schedule, paid time off, and professional development.
