  • Provide individual and family therapy tailored to clients’ mental health needs.
  • Create and implement personalized treatment and transition plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records and coordinate with support systems, including guardians and community partners.
  • Participate in psychiatric consultations and gather psychosocial information to support positive outcomes.
  • Achieve weekly billable hours, make prompt initial contact within 24 hours, and maintain regular contact with clients and caregivers.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a Human Service field, a valid professional license (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT), and mental health therapy experience.
  • Must possess strong communication, critical thinking, and crisis management skills, along with a valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours.
