• Seeking a full-time Supervisor, Voluntary Adult MHU for day shift at Bridgeton location.
Lead the inpatient behavioral health clinical team, ensuring compliance with professional standards and licensing requirements.
Develop and implement psychosocial activities, evaluate clinical staff, and manage social services team schedules.
Conduct thorough clinical evaluations of biopsychosocial factors, family dynamics, and work/educational history from patients and their families.
Participate in treatment planning meetings, provide preliminary diagnoses using DSM Vtr, and contribute social service insights for discharge planning.
Coordinate with agencies to arrange aftercare and facilitate community reintegration.
Maintain communication with families, offer supportive counseling, and share updates on the patient’s Wellness and Recovery Action Plan (WRAP).
Supervise and onboard social services personnel, clinical staff, and interns pursuing licensure.
Assist physicians with commitment procedures mandated by law.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in social work, 3+ years of social work or related experience, current NJ LCSW license, and eligibility for supervisor certification within 6 months.
