The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing high-quality, cost-effective patient care and supporting the nursing department’s operations.
Assists the Director in analyzing, planning, implementing, and evaluating processes to enhance nursing services.
Participates in developing and executing strategic business plans for the service line.
Creates an environment promoting continuous improvement in operational, financial, and clinical aspects.
Supervises daily nursing activities in assigned areas, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
Manages resources to meet quality and productivity goals while supporting staff development and patient satisfaction.
Collaborates with other departments to meet safety, quality, and service excellence objectives.
Monitors patient outcomes and staff performance, addressing training needs.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred for Magnet facilities), 2 years of clinical experience, and RN licensure with BLS certification.
Previous supervisory or healthcare management experience is preferred.
This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule.
