The RN Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective nursing care, supporting the Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating department processes and programs.
They play a key role in developing and executing strategic business plans for the service line, fostering an environment of continuous improvement across operational, financial, and clinical areas.
Responsible for supervising nursing activities within assigned areas, managing resources to meet quality and productivity standards, and providing feedback on staff performance, development, and patient satisfaction.
Manages daily nursing operations on a 24-hour basis, collaborating with other departments to meet quality, safety, community, and service excellence goals.
Implements and monitors safety and care programs, ensuring consistent policies and standards are applied organization-wide.
Monitors patient outcomes and staff performance, identifying training needs and supporting staff development.
Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred), 2+ years of clinical experience, previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred), RN licensure, and BLS certification.
The position is full-time, working five 8-hour days.
