This full-time mental health counseling position offers an annual base salary of $50k to $70k, with actual compensation depending on location, experience, education, and skills. Bonus eligibility will be discussed at the offer stage.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, providing evidence-based therapy (individual, group, family), maintaining accurate records, collaborating with healthcare professionals, educating clients and families, and staying current with best practices in mental health care.
Qualifications required are a Master’s degree in Counseling, active and unrestricted LMHC or LCSW license in NY, proven counseling experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of substance abuse and opioid treatment.
The role demands adherence to ethical standards, the ability to work independently and in teams, and excellent rapport-building skills with diverse clients.
