Speech Therapist – SLP/SLPA

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) to join our interdisciplinary team in a private preschool and elementary program focused on neurodivergent children.

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized therapy plans, and monitor client progress.
  • Provide guidance to families and coordinate referrals for additional services as needed.
  • Maintain documentation in compliance with licensing and professional standards.
  • Work collaboratively within small class sizes and a holistic, child-centered environment.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Associate’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology, ASHA certification, California State License, and at least 3 years of experience in speech therapy, with 1 year in AAC. The role offers competitive pay ($50-$75/hr), benefits, and is available full-time or part-time, in person.
