Speech Therapist – SLP/SLPA

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) to join a specialized preschool and elementary program for neurodivergent children.

Provide comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and monitor client progress.

Offer guidance to families and refer to additional services as needed.

Ensure documentation compliance and maintain professional standards per licensing and certification requirements.

Work in a collaborative, child-centered environment with small class sizes and a holistic therapeutic approach.

Qualifications: Master’s or Associate’s degree in Communication Disorders, ASHA certification, California license, with at least 3 years of speech therapy experience and 1 year in AAC.
