We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team in a private preschool and elementary school dedicated to neurodivergent children’s early education.
Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, and document progress. Provide guidance to families and make referrals for additional services as needed. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and professional standards. Qualifications include a Master’s or Associate’s degree in Communication Disorders, ASHA certification, California license, and at least 3 years of speech therapy experience, including AAC.
