Gain hands-on experience under mentorship from experienced Speech-Language Pathologists. Provide evaluation and treatment for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans to enhance resident outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and contribute to discharge planning and family education. Document progress following facility and regulatory standards. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility for or completion of CFY, and strong communication skills.
