Seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a PRN basis to support a Life Plan Community’s Rehabilitation Therapy department in Lakewood, NJ.
Key responsibilities include evaluating and treating residents with communication and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, educating residents, caregivers, and families, and collaborating with the rehab team to ensure coordinated care. Accurate and timely documentation and participation in case conferences are essential.
Qualifications required are a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current NJ SLP license, and preferably experience with geriatric populations.
The position offers day shifts (8-hour shifts) on an in-person basis, with flexible PRN scheduling.
