We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Speech Language Pathologist to join our IN-HOUSE rehab team.
Provide comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to improve residents’ cognition and swallowing abilities. Educate residents, families, and caregivers, and collaborate with other professionals for diagnostic procedures. Implement and monitor skilled, medically necessary speech and language therapies, including AAC systems for severe communication disorders. Train staff and ensure compliance with legal and professional standards, maintaining resident confidentiality. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate resident progress effectively. Qualifications include an active Texas license, current ASHA certification, and good standing with regulatory agencies.
