We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide family-centered, transdisciplinary services for children aged 0-3 with developmental delays or disabilities, which can be part-time or full-time.
Deliver play-based, developmentally appropriate speech therapy and collaborate with other specialists such as PT, OT, and educators. Develop transdisciplinary skills to enhance early intervention efforts. Provide service coordination as needed and ensure accurate documentation to meet compliance standards. Participate in team meetings, stay current with discipline-related advances, and share knowledge with the team. Conduct developmental evaluations using the Hawaii Early Learning Profile and create IFSP goals across multiple areas including hearing, communication, cognition, and social-emotional development. Perform therapy sessions in accordance with regulations, including teletherapy when necessary. Qualifications include a graduate degree in Speech and Language Pathology, current NH SLP license, ASHA certification, and 1-3 years pediatric experience or Clinical Fellowship Year. Must be organized, creative, flexible, and possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
