Seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist with a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
Organize, develop, and implement school-based speech therapy programs, providing direct and consultative services to children with educational needs.
Conduct evaluations, interpret findings, and contribute to IEP development with goals aligned to student needs.
Collaborate with school staff, participate in IEP team meetings, and recommend classroom modifications.
Travel between schools to deliver services, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide in-person or telehealth services, supervise assistants, and communicate with parents and staff.
Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality, infection control policies, and legal requirements.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, licensure in relevant states, and preferably CCCs.
Preferred experience of 1+ year, proficient in computer and billing software, with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Physical demands include frequent movement, lifting, and working in environments with biohazard risks.
