Overview:
Support families and children through high-quality speech-language therapy, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Serve as a primary or secondary service provider, promoting child development and family-centered goals.
- Adhere to organizational policies, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
- Build positive relationships, support community integration, and promote independence for individuals with disabilities.
- Use a coaching approach to empower families and team members, providing direct therapy, assessments, and developing individualized plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation, assist in transitions, and participate in training.
- Help create a supportive environment fostering reflective learning and positive social interactions.
Qualifications:
– Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, licensed in Wisconsin.
– Experience with young children and families preferred.
– Valid Wisconsin driver’s license, personal vehicle, and cell phone required.
Details:
