Speech Language Pathologist

State: MI

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist responsible for evaluating clients’ communication needs and developing individualized treatment plans in line with professional standards.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including testing, interviews, and medical background review, to determine diagnoses and therapy objectives.
  • Re-evaluate progress regularly, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Document client progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Deliver age-appropriate, goal-oriented therapy sessions, collecting data and providing feedback to clients, families, and staff.
  • Participate in in-service training, educate staff and parents on communication issues, and support program activities.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, paperwork, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to policies while working independently or as part of a team.
  • Qualifications include certification or progressing toward certification, state registration, and physical ability to assist clients.
