We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist responsible for evaluating clients’ communication needs and developing individualized treatment plans in line with professional standards.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, including testing, interviews, and medical background review, to determine diagnoses and therapy objectives. Re-evaluate progress regularly, adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Document client progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Deliver age-appropriate, goal-oriented therapy sessions, collecting data and providing feedback to clients, families, and staff. Participate in in-service training, educate staff and parents on communication issues, and support program activities. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, paperwork, and communication with stakeholders. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to policies while working independently or as part of a team. Qualifications include certification or progressing toward certification, state registration, and physical ability to assist clients.
