Seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans, providing direct therapy, and supporting family engagement and advocacy. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure services are culturally responsive and family-centered, documenting progress and maintaining professional standards. Qualifications include current MA licensure, ASHA certification, knowledge of early childhood development, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and a commitment to individualized care. Bilingual/bicultural skills are a plus.
