We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality early intervention services for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations using evidence-based tools to assess speech and language abilities in pediatric clients. Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs, goals, and preferences. Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions to improve communication skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and other professionals. Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to discuss progress, provide education, and address concerns. Accurately document assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports in a timely manner. Stay informed about current research and best practices in speech-language pathology, especially related to autism. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, and at least one year of experience. Preference for candidates experienced with multidisciplinary teams, infants and toddlers, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches. Must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and lift up to 30 pounds.
