Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality early intervention services for children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations using evidence-based tools to assess speech and language abilities in pediatric clients.
  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions to improve communication skills.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, behavior analysts, and other professionals.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to discuss progress, provide education, and address concerns.
  • Accurately document assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about current research and best practices in speech-language pathology, especially related to autism.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure, and at least one year of experience. Preference for candidates experienced with multidisciplinary teams, infants and toddlers, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches. Must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and lift up to 30 pounds.
