Are you passionate about improving the lives of seniors? We seek a dedicated professional to provide exceptional communication and swallowing therapy across five long-term care homes.
Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating staff and families, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Qualifications required are a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current Oklahoma licensure, and preferred CCC from ASHA. Experience with geriatric populations and long-term care is advantageous.
