Conducts assessments, develops goals, and adjusts therapy plans accordingly.
Provides therapy exercises, recommends adaptive equipment, and educates clients and families.
Documents progress, manages caseloads, and participates in professional development.
Ensures compliance with regulatory and pay source requirements.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree, two years of experience, CCC certification in progress, and valid driver’s license for home visits.
