Speech Language Pathologist

The Speech Language Pathologist plans and implements individualized treatment programs to improve clients’ speech, swallowing, and communication skills, collaborating with healthcare teams and coordinating care.

  • Conducts assessments, develops goals, and adjusts therapy plans accordingly.
  • Provides therapy exercises, recommends adaptive equipment, and educates clients and families.
  • Documents progress, manages caseloads, and participates in professional development.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and pay source requirements.
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree, two years of experience, CCC certification in progress, and valid driver’s license for home visits.
