We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage in a compassionate, collaborative practice dedicated to pediatric speech and language therapy.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD and developmental disabilities.
Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions in clinical or home settings.
Collaborate with behavior analysts, caregivers, and team members to coordinate care.
Track progress, adjust plans, and document therapy activities per policies.
Support parents with strategies for at-home communication development and provide guidance.
Requirements include NJ SLP license, ASHA certification, and a minimum of 3 years pediatric experience.
Strong teamwork and patient-centered approach required.
Position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay ($70-$80/hr), and in-person work in Paramus, NJ.
