We are hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech-language services in Skilled and Outpatient Departments, focusing on communication and swallowing disorder rehabilitation.
Supervise CFYs, students, and support staff as needed. Deliver effective rehab services, adhere to care plans, and document progress timely. Participate in patient care meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Screen, evaluate, and develop individualized treatment plans, including therapy techniques for communication, cognition, speech, and swallowing. Use specialized tools like fiberoptic endoscopy if trained, and coordinate adaptive device acquisition. Promote a safe environment and ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care.
