Seeking a full-time Speech/Language Pathologist to join a dedicated rehab team at a 136-bed skilled nursing facility.

Responsible for screening, evaluating, and developing care plans for residents with speech, hearing, swallowing, and cognitive disabilities.

Provide therapy to enhance communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills, following professional and regulatory guidelines.

Requires a graduate degree in Speech/Language Pathology, CCC in SLP, and current Massachusetts license; experience with dysphagia and at least one year of clinical practice preferred.
