We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage in a compassionate, collaborative practice dedicated to pediatric speech and language therapy.
Conduct comprehensive assessments for children receiving ABA therapy.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing communication, social skills, articulation, fluency, and language comprehension.
Use evidence-based interventions alongside ABA strategies.
Collaborate with behavior analysts, caregivers, and team members.
Provide direct therapy sessions in clinical or home settings.
Track progress, adjust plans, and document therapy activities per policies.
Educate and support parents with at-home strategies.
Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant records.
Offer guidance to foster parent involvement in therapy.
Requirements include NJ SLP licensure, ASHA certification, at least 3 years pediatric experience, and ability to work in Paramus, NJ.
