Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and swallowing therapy in Skilled and Outpatient Departments.
Responsibilities include
organizing and delivering rehab services, supervising support personnel and students, collaborating with the healthcare team, adapting plans of care, evaluating patients, developing treatment goals, ordering supplies, and maintaining documentation. Services cover communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, with potential use of specialized endoscopy techniques. Coordinate adaptive devices and refer for hearing assessments. Perform reexaminations and other related duties as needed.Qualifications include a graduate degree from an accredited program, current DE licensure, and CPR certification.
