Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and swallowing therapy in Skilled and Outpatient Departments.
Organizes and delivers rehab services, ensuring adherence to care plans and timely documentation. Supervises support personnel, students, and CFYs as needed. Conducts patient evaluations, develops treatment goals, and implements therapy across communication and swallowing disorders. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, makes referrals, and adapts treatment plans for individual needs. Facilitates adaptive device use and addresses hearing deficits. Orders supplies, maintains equipment, and promotes a safe environment. Performs specialized procedures like FEES if trained.
