Speech and Language Pathologist (Bilingual Spanish & English) – Certificated

Seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individual and small group special education services aligned with IEPs in a dual-immersion, culturally diverse school setting.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and monitoring IEPs, collaborating with families and team members, and ensuring equitable access to curriculum for students with speech and language needs in English and Spanish.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree and valid California credential in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience working with students with special needs
  • Spanish bilingual required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in an urban public school environment and adapt to changing conditions

  • Additional requirements include background checks, First Aid/CPR certification, and willingness to travel between sites.

    Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $115,000 annually, with benefits including health insurance, retirement, and professional growth opportunities. The role reports to the Director of Special Education and is a full-time, exempt position following a 12-month schedule.
