We are seeking a dedicated Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee clinical operations during Saturday and Sunday from 7a-11p.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising and coordinating weekend staff and clinical activities
- Covering call-outs and open shifts as needed
- Communicating with providers and vendors
- Monitoring employee performance and addressing issues
- Collaborating with other supervisors for consistent operations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of clinical leadership experience
- 1-2 years of Nursing Home direct care experience
- Proven team management and delegation skills
This full-time role offers a pay rate starting at $35/hour, with benefits including 401(k), health and dental insurance, license reimbursement, paid time off, and more. The position requires in-person work and screening through the AHCA Clearinghouse.
