Join our healthcare team as an RN Supervisor with flexible full-time and per diem weekend shifts (3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am).
Require a minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting; prior supervisor experience is not necessary as training is provided.
Must possess effective communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and relevant laws and regulations is essential.
Qualifications include an active, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey, valid BLS certification, and the ability to manage multiple patients simultaneously.
