This PRN RN Supervisor position on 3rd shift involves providing leadership and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include monitoring care plans, supervising medication administration, developing policies, conducting patient assessments, and training staff. Effective communication with families, medical professionals, and referral sources is essential, along with attending committee meetings and performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications required are a valid PA RN license, previous supervisory experience preferred, proficiency in medical terminology and patient care systems, strong leadership, communication skills, and decision-making abilities. NO on-call is required but offered if desired.
