We are seeking a passionate RN Nurse Manager to lead our Long Term Care community.
Our Evergreen Living Center is a CMS 5-star rated facility with a Bronze Quality Award. The role involves overseeing nursing staff, managing resident care plans, conducting audits, and ensuring quality standards.
Responsibilities include supervising nurses and CNAs, participating in disciplinary actions, collaborating with medical teams, assessing residents, and implementing policies.
Qualifications: RN licensure, ACLS certification (training available), strong communication skills, and 1-3 years LTC experience preferred but willing to train. Must be flexible, a team player, and participate in on-call rotations.
