RN – Medical Clinic Supervisor

Assume clinical responsibility and oversee nursing support staff, ensuring compliance with all clinical policies, directives, and standards set by state and federal agencies.
Regularly meet with staff, provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations.
Lead the Quality Improvement Committee alongside the Medical Director, facilitating discussions, documenting outcomes, and assisting with policy updates.
Perform intake interviews, monitor clinical operations, and address patient complaints, escalating when necessary.
Coordinate staffing, conduct staff huddles, and provide clinical training to support staff.
Collaborate with the Clinical Informatics Manager on quality metrics and reports.
Assist with clinical policy development and ensure adherence to approved procedures.
Manage the Vaccine for Children program and provide clinical consultation to executive leadership.
Qualifications include RN licensure with a BSN or ADN, and 2-5 years of experience including supervisory roles.
Salary ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 annually, with benefits such as health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, loan repayment, and more.
Position requires in-person work and travel as needed.
