Requires five years of nursing experience in an acute care setting with demonstrated leadership abilities; a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is required, Master’s preferred, with specialty or leadership certification optional.
Key functions involve performance improvement focus, goal setting aligned with organizational objectives, interdisciplinary team building, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Manages fiscal responsibilities by monitoring resources, evaluating data for outcomes, and leading performance initiatives to meet budget and quality targets.
Strives for exceptional patient and customer satisfaction through effective communication, service recovery, and conflict management.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
