Join our team as a full-time Unit Manager or part-time Weekend Supervisor with sign-on bonuses up to $12,000.
Responsibilities include:
Providing oversight and leadership to the clinical team
Making rounds with physicians as needed
Building positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and medical teams
Reviewing daily care plans to ensure appropriate care
Monitoring residents’ conditions and reporting updates
Handling special projects such as wounds, quality improvement, and clinical duties
Qualifications required:
Active, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts
Current CPR/BLS certification
Preferred nursing degree from an accredited institution
Minimum four years of nursing experience
At least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
Ability to multitask effectively
Primary COVID vaccination series (or approved bivalent vaccine/exemption)
