We are seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility in Millville, PA.
This full-time position requires working 7pm-7am every other weekend and holidays.
The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing personnel, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and quality standards.
Responsibilities include directing daily nursing operations, coordinating resident care, participating in quality assurance and survey processes, and assisting with discharge planning.
The role also involves providing staff support and working as a Staff Nurse when needed.
Qualifications include a valid RN license, supervisory experience in long-term care, and COVID vaccination or approved exemption.
