We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations in our facility.
Lead and supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and develop personalized care plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain accurate electronic health records. Provide staff training on procedures such as catheterization and tube feeding. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance memory care and other services. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Skills required include strong nursing knowledge, proficiency in family planning and dementia care, case management expertise, and excellent communication skills. Must have RN license, leadership experience, and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. Additional skills include IV insertion, BLS certification, and knowledge of physiology.
Qualifications include at least one year of nursing, care planning, and leadership experience, with the ability to work overnight shifts. The role offers full- or part-time hours, competitive pay, and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
