We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations in our facility.
Lead and supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and develop individualized care plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and maintain accurate electronic health records.
Oversee case management to improve patient outcomes and provide staff training on procedures like catheterization and tube feeding.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance memory care services, especially in dementia and family planning areas.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed, applying strong nursing knowledge and leadership skills.
Require RN license, prior care and leadership experience, proficiency in EMR systems, and knowledge of physiology and HIPAA regulations.
