We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to provide direct patient care and oversee nursing staff in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Supervise daily nursing activities performed by nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and record medical information accurately.
Educate patients on procedures, manage equipment, and respond to adverse reactions.
Perform bedside care, including dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV starts.
Participate in discharge planning and ensure timely documentation.
Supervise support staff and licensed nurses to maintain high-quality care.
Requirements include a current Virginia RN license, BLS certification, first aid and CPR certification, and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude.
