The RN Supervisor oversees patient care and services, promoting quality care through collaboration and evaluation to meet patient needs.
Requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution and an active RN license in good standing.
Minimum of two years’ nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics, with CPR certification upon hire and maintained throughout employment.
Must possess expert knowledge of practice standards, laws, and regulations relevant to post-acute care, and be able to make independent decisions when needed.
Responsibilities include developing care plans, supervising licensed staff and CNAs, assessing patient needs, and ensuring safety and compliance.
Must demonstrate professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to company policies, including harassment and compliance guidelines.
Essential functions involve coordinating patient care, evaluating care quality, assisting with patient evacuation, and maintaining excellent communication within the interdisciplinary team.
Requires physical mobility and proficiency in English to perform duties effectively.
