We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our Home Care team.
Responsibilities include managing nursing and therapy services, supporting staff development, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, and promoting positive outcomes and satisfaction.
Supervise, orient, and support clinical staff, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure ongoing competency.
Monitor documentation, productivity, and costs to meet department goals, and collaborate with the Clinical Management Team on clinical concerns.
Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management; provide orientation and continuing education in partnership with the Clinical Educator.
Ensure adequate staffing, efficient scheduling, and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA standards.
Support quality improvement initiatives, prepare reports, and act as a resource for field staff.
Foster a collaborative, customer-focused environment with patients, families, and team members.
Qualifications include a BSN, at least two years of home care experience, and current RN licensure in New York State.
