Supervises and coordinates nursing staff across multiple patient care units, ensuring efficient workflow and quality patient care.
Plans work schedules and collaborates with other departments to optimize patient services.
Requires a graduate of a Registered Nursing program, with a Bachelor Degree preferred or actively pursuing one within 2 years; incumbents with experience are grandfathered.
Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
Must hold RN licensure in the state(s) of employment and be a registered nurse (RN).
Position available on a Per Diem As Needed basis, not exceeding 1350 hours annually.
