We are a patient-centered dental practice seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team.
Perform routine and specialized dental hygiene procedures such as cleanings, scaling and root planing, polishing, sealant placement, and fluoride treatments.
Take and develop digital and panoramic X-rays, utilizing voice-activated perio charting software for accurate documentation.
Provide patient education on oral hygiene, home care, and treatment options.
Maintain a clean and organized hygiene room, schedule recall/maintenance visits, and collaborate with the dental team to sterilize instruments, restock supplies, and ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications include a valid RDH license, proficiency in Dentrix (or willingness to learn), strong communication skills, knowledge of current practices, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with voice-activated perio charting is a plus, along with excellent time management skills.
Job is full-time, paying $45.00 – $55.00 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), dental and health insurance, and paid time off. Schedule is Monday to Friday, with no nights or weekends. In-person work required.
