Solutions Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team. We offer a unique 17-week Intensive Outpatient Program for Behavioral Health, Substance Abuse, and Co-Occurring disorders in a warm, safe environment.

Requirements include a valid New Mexico therapy, counseling, social work, or substance abuse license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC, LADAC, LMSW), experience treating mental health and dual diagnosis clients, proficiency in group and individual therapy, at least one year of post-graduate experience, and knowledge of clinical documentation procedures. Responsibilities encompass conducting 4-8 weekly group therapy sessions, managing a caseload of 10-15 clients, completing clinical documentation such as safety and treatment plans, and attending weekly team meetings. Our trauma-informed treatment model integrates various modalities including cognitive behavioral, experiential, motivational interviewing, expressive arts, and body-centered therapies. This position offers full-time, part-time, or contract roles with flexible schedules, in-person work, and professional development support.
