Seeking a passionate Psychiatrist to join a community outpatient clinic in Bowling Green, KY, working 2 days/week (4FTE).
Provide mental health diagnosis and treatment, supervise mental health staff, and develop patient care plans. Conduct assessments, interpret diagnostic tests, and offer counseling, medication education, and case management. Collaborate with primary care teams and community services to ensure comprehensive patient care. Perform individual, group, and family therapy, address advance directives, and input data into EMR systems. Maintain compliance with VA standards, ensure confidentiality, and participate in outreach and enrollment activities. Qualifications include MD/Osteopathic degree, board certification in Psychiatry, unrestricted license, DEA, BLS, ACLS, and EMR proficiency. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of adult clinical experience and a positive, energetic demeanor.
