Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to join a dedicated team providing comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehab, long-term care, and assisted living settings.
Deliver face-to-face primary care services to a diverse patient population, from short-term rehab to complex geriatric cases in skilled nursing facilities.
Participate in monthly educational lectures and clinical outcomes reviews to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to ensure coordinated patient care.
